At Life Homework, we create tools for inner work — not disposable products, not impulse purchases, and not entertainment. Because of this, we follow a return policy that protects the integrity of the work, respects the energy exchanged, and keeps expectations clear and fair.
1. Physical Journals (Print Products)
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Eligible for Return (Within 7 Days of Delivery):
- Misprints, missing pages, binding issues
- Considerable Damage during shipping
- Wrong item shipped
To request a replacement:
- Email us at hello@lifehomeworks.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos + your order number.
- We will replace the item at no cost.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind
- “I didn’t connect with it”
- Used, written, or partially completed journals
- Color or design expectations (we use premium but natural variations in print)

Because digital products are instantly delivered and fully accessible immediately:
All digital products are final sale.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

This is always free, always optional, and exists specifically so you can test the method before making any purchase.
This eliminates the need for “try and return” behaviors entirely.

4. Fulfillment Errors (Our Responsibility)
If we make a mistake, we fix it — quickly and completely.
