The Simple Formula for a Good Life

The coming of AI is the one thing that appears to have worried and excited humans across the divide… To be honest the only people excited about the coming of AI were those who were making it. But none of us could have predicted how fast it would change things.

After AI, information has exploded. Right now, AI is your accountant, lawyer, therapist, marriage counsellor, doctor, nutritionist, midwife, cooking instructor, and basically anything else you want it to be.

Yet.

People have not become wiser by any discernable standard…they have only become overstimulated. This overload of information has only meant

  • Screens all day
  • Comparison as a lifestyle.
  • Everything measured in money, likes, followers, and view count.
  • Misinformation moving faster than truth.
  • Noise layered on noise until most people can no longer hear themselves think.

Somewhere in all of this, people lost contact with something simple, their own inner direction. Something they won’t get through motivation, productivity hacks, and algo-centric social media content.

Which is why I am here. I am here because I believe the real problem is not lack of information. It is lack of practice.

So a quick question: Are you living a Great Life?

Well, a Great Life is not something you stumble into. It is actually something you train for.

During one of the hardest periods of my life, when everything familiar had fallen apart, I stepped away from the noise and began testing something very simple…

What actually creates a Great Life?

After years of trial, reflection, and daily practice, the answer became surprisingly clear.

Three capacities modern life quietly destroys:

  • Gratitude — because comparison erases appreciation and blinds you to the richness of life.
  • Detachment — because outcomes now define identity.
  • Discomfort tolerance — because convenience became our religion.

The practice of these three disciplines is what I call Life Homework. And mastering them delivers the great life right into your doorstep.

We don’t do inspiration.

We don’t do motivation.

Life Homework is a daily inner discipline for people who want to live deliberately in a very noisy world. If you are here, the question is simple:

If the answer is unclear, good.

That is where the real work begins.
